A multi-family home to be completed in two phases. The first phase is a small, 960 sq ft, self-contained wing of the house where I will live. The second phase will consist of the main house, 1600 sq ft, and the garage, 960 sq ft. There are two proposed dimensions of the house, a corner lot setup and a long frontage setup.
